No. Pick your time online and we call you to confirm. Payment is taken by phone or through a secure payment link, and you are charged only once the cleaning is done.
What if I'm not happy with the cleaning?
Call us within 24 hours and your cleaner comes back to fix it. That is our 24-hour guarantee.
How much does a cleaning cost?
A one-time standard clean starts at $149 for 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Prices go by bedrooms and bathrooms; the full list is on our Pricing page. Deep cleaning is +$50 and move-in/move-out is +$100.
Do you bring the cleaning supplies?
Yes, we bring our own supplies. Green products are available on request.
Who are the cleaners?
Experienced, professional, English-speaking cleaners. Every one is interviewed in person and background checked, and only about 1 in 10 applicants is hired.
Where do you clean?
Across Tampa Bay, between St. Petersburg and Tampa. If we can reach you within one hour, you're in!
Do I pay before the cleaning?
No. Booking needs no card. We call to confirm, then take payment by phone or send a secure payment link, and you are charged only once the cleaning is complete.
How long does a cleaning take?
From about 2 hours 30 minutes for 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, up to about 9 hours for 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
How do recurring cleanings work?
Choose weekly (15% off), every 2 weeks (10% off) or monthly (5% off) when you book, and your repeat visits are booked for you. Each visit is charged only after that clean, and you can cancel any visit.
Can I move my booking or add extras later?
Yes. Text or call us to move your date or add a deep clean or extras. No need to cancel and rebook.
Will I get a reminder?
Yes. You get a confirmation when you book, then text and email reminders a couple of days before each visit.
Do I need to be home?
We do a before-and-after walk-through with you, so it helps if someone is home at the start and the end. If you can't be, tell us when we call to confirm and add access notes when you book.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards work for any of our services and are sent by email. Call or email us to order one.
Do you have a referral offer?
Yes. Refer a friend and they get $25 off their first clean, and you get a $25 credit on your next one.
Can I use a coupon?
Yes. Enter your coupon or gift card code when you book, or give it to us when we call to confirm, and we apply it to your price.
What's the difference between standard and deep cleaning?
A deep clean adds baseboards, light switches, window ledges, doors, mirrors and chrome, stainless steel and an oven wipe, with sheets changed on request. It is +$50 and recommended for first-time clients.
Do you clean the outside of the house?
We don't offer outside-of-house cleaning. For jobs like outside windows or sweeping the front, book an hourly helper (3-hour minimum).
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes. Homes with pets are a +$40 add-on.
Do you clean offices?
Our focus is homes, but commercial buildings are possible. Call us to talk it through.
Are you open on Sundays?
No. We are closed on Sundays, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Labor Day and other major holidays.
Do you do carpet & grout cleaning or pressure washing?
Both are coming soon as add-ons you can bundle with a clean. Leave your number on the booking page and we'll tell you when they launch.
