When you request a price, book a cleaning or contact us, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, service address, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the extras you choose and any notes about your home. When you pay, your card is handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers on this website.

How We Use It

We use your information to give you a price, confirm and schedule your cleaning, take payment once the cleaning is done, send reminders, follow up on our 24-hour guarantee and ask for a review after your clean.

Text Messages

If you agree to receive text messages, we use your mobile number to send messages about your request and bookings. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business and this website (for example scheduling, messaging and payment processing), when the law requires it, or with your permission.
