Cleannco Inc is a residential and commercial cleaning company based at 8265 45 St N, Pinellas Park, FL 33781, cleaning homes and offices across Tampa Bay, from St. Petersburg to Tampa. We are open Monday to Saturday, 7 AM to 7 PM.

• Your cleaning price, when you asked us for it
• Confirmations and reminders for a cleaning you booked
• Help rescheduling your cleaning
• A text back if we missed your call

Chat: the chat shows this notice right above the Send button: “By submitting, you authorize Cleannco Inc to text/call the number above for informational/transactional messages, possibly using automated means. Msg/data rates apply, msg frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.” Sending a message through the chat with your mobile number is how you agree.

Forms: our forms have an optional checkbox that is not ticked for you: “I agree to receive text messages from Cleannco Inc about my request and bookings. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.” We only text you if you tick it.

You do not have to agree to texts to book a cleaning; you can call or email us instead.
